This is a little of point.I noticed that the summer/winter flap on my air intake wants to keep going back to winter, after switching it to summer. This is after I have taken a ride. You can see the lever in my photos, it is kinda blurry, but it is in the winter position..Whats up with that? And I want to add I thank you for all your help, but I do not have the instruments for checking voltage, pressure any place I would need a gage to do that. Not that it wont get done,I just dont have them yet..you know money, time, momma needs new shoes, baby needs dippers.I will keep you posted the best I can during my process of elemination.....Did any one have trouble getting on this site on Monday or Tues??

Get some of Mama's clear fingernail polish and put a few drops on the flapper control - that will keep it "glued" until you need to reposition it and break it loose - old Ford Model A trick..............

I know money is tight everywhere, but you can buy a multimeter for less then 10$. It doesn't have to be fancy, just something to read DC voltage. And i would wire that flapper open, but it looks like the exhaust heater hose isn't hooked up anyway.
