All of my 280z's have that cladding along the bottom. Don't know that I have ever seen one that didn't have it. Never seen it on the 260 or 240 though... That is a very nice car, but he is a bit misimformed about the changes in the body style. It is just a 280z

I rarely see the cladding on them around here. It's not factory. It was popular about 20 years ago when people bought the cladding to cover rust. Ironically, the mounting screws accelerated the rust.

We never got them down here. I didn't watch the entire vid. so I might be out of school here, where is the car exactly, Oz or USA?
