when i was about 7 or 8 my dad had a 240z that he loved due to finances at the time he had to get sell his "baby" i would like to find a 240z and give him what he had sold.. project car, untouched or a restored z it all depends on the car it self as far as what it looks like and the price they would be asking for... thanxs for ur help...

It may help for you to elaborate on your budget a little more than you are.

Tell us about your Dads car back in the day. Maybe somebody has the same color - styling - wheels and so forth for sale.

Do you want to spend $2000 or $20,000?

it was a (72) 240z candy apple red.. black interior black seats walnut streeing wheel. Triple Weber carb setup. louvers on side windows and rear, headlight covers..as long as i can get my hands on the car i can take care of everthing... but i do need 2 start with finding the car.. i would be happy with a rust free car.. i wanna find a 71, 72, if it comes up a 73 would work..as long as it is a 240z im willing to go up 9000
