siteunseen Posted October 25, 2011 Share #4 Posted October 25, 2011 (edited) Maybe you could relocate your brother to the storage facility for the winter. You've got a good looking car to finish. Will you do the 2 wide white stipes down the center? I'm trying to decide on a good color for stripes for my car which is #307 lighter blue. Have thought about silver to match Rewind wheels. siteunseen Posted October 27, 2011 Share #8 Posted October 27, 2011 (edited) I always thought this was cool scheme. Saw it on a GTO when I's a kid and it stuck. Maybe I could use Gunmetal Gray stripes with the silver lipped wheels to pick up the chrome around windows. Needs to have 2 stripes. Not sure what color though. Mike B Posted October 28, 2011 Share #11 Posted October 28, 2011 Looks like I have to flip the sway bar... murphy! You may want to swap the seats also. The tilt adjustment knobs should be facing the transmission tunnel, not the doors, so the seats are on the wrong side. Nice work though!-Mike Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/41167-moved-the-z-tonight/#findComment-370441 Share on other sites
240260280z Posted October 28, 2011 Author Share #12 Posted October 28, 2011 Thanks Mike, will do, I just stuck them with out securing yet in so it should be easy to swap. I just matched the original config.... however the seat belt hooks were also on that side? No one noticed yet but I also have the control arm hangers and corresponding cross member on in reverse Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/41167-moved-the-z-tonight/#findComment-370445 Share on other sites
