sblake01 Posted January 11, 2012 Share #4 Posted January 11, 2012 Is that part number 84806-8E600? The 848 part indicates that it's a trunk lid emblem which means that it's for a sedan. 72 OJ Posted January 11, 2012 Author Share #12 Posted January 11, 2012 Thanks for the link.....My 72 Z is not a restore to factory specs and has been refresh with a l260 block,l240 head , 71 SU carbs , interior redone in fabric and vinyl ,the Orange paint is a little brighter than the factory, it has vintage Fairlady Z emblems on the fenders, bullet chrome style side mirrors,a MOMO steering wheel and shift knob, so I think that this unique emblem is a proper add on.
