gundee Posted July 11, 2017 Share #212 Posted July 11, 2017 Got the correct Mikuni float needle valves. They are installed and measurement set. What was in mine were the old Grose Jets for those who remember those. Turns out they were set for too high fuel level in bowls. And I also found out they are prone to leaking. On Wednesday I am hoping to run it again. Should be much better. And here I thought It was running pretty good. Did you know there are 5 different models of Mikuni side draft carbs? Wolfcreek shows all 5 on their website so you can ID yours. Now I am looking for my 36mm chokes to try out. Its only been about 25 years since I removed them for the 34mm.
