Reverend Posted April 23, 2012 Share #1 Posted April 23, 2012 So, im looking this new hatch inner weatherstrip and it seems that MSA does not have them, only NOS ones that cost too much. BD has one for 50 bucks but is it any good? I do not want another oversized P.O.S that does not keep anything. Im suffocating in my z right now.Thanks. Reverend Posted May 9, 2012 Author Share #5 Posted May 9, 2012 Package arrived last friday, i had to wait till monday to get it. BUT......It was worth the wait. It fits very nicely and seems to be made of tougher material than MSA ones. I recommend! Unkle Posted May 9, 2012 Share #6 Posted May 9, 2012 Im suffocating in my z right now. Thanks. So fumes are the issue ? If so can you post pics of your new seal if this works out ? I am getting gassed as well - with my turbo setup , I have way more fumes coming out the pipe than most I think . My seals are placed on the rails but not ''glued'' down . Cough cough ! Reverend Posted May 11, 2012 Author Share #7 Posted May 11, 2012 I can, it DID work out. Also one of the biggest fumer was the antenna drain hole, i had nothing in there to stop the fumes. That is often forgotten Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/43016-bd-inner-hatch-weatherstrip/#findComment-389721 Share on other sites
