fixitman Posted June 14, 2012 Share #1 Posted June 14, 2012 There are two openings, one over the other I think, in the firewall between the heater connections and a relay. Which openings is for the choke cables? I haven't been able to find a clear photo of the firewall that the shows the choke cables and firewall grommet. Thanks,Fixitman Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/43535-260z-choke-cables/ Share on other sites
Lone_Star Posted June 15, 2012 Share #2 Posted June 15, 2012 There is a photo on this site somewhere titled '260z-aclines' that shows the firewall very well. I used it to locate where some of my vac lines, etc are located. It shows the heater hoses run diagonal, then above them, the choke cables, then the top one is where the vacuum line goes through to the heat/ac system.Hope that helps.... 240260280z Posted June 16, 2012 Share #9 Posted June 16, 2012 Use the green 260z pic above and the asian pic to see how they fit. I would do the crossover for the centre console just before it enters. Never mind, I just found this pic and it is exactly as I guessed: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/43535-260z-choke-cables/#findComment-393221 Share on other sites
