Any ideas why the differences on the bumpers?

Not sure exactly what you mean about rubber around the front and back bumpers. The link below should help with identifying parts.

Good web site, didn't know about that. I looked it over, am I right that neither the back or front should have the rubber on it? Or am I misinterpreting it?
