9teen7t240z Posted October 17, 2012 Share #1 Posted October 17, 2012 I tried calling the Z Barn yesterday and was surprised to hear that they have closed down the business. Does anyone know whether this is just old news or a recent development?Mike Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/44697-the-z-barn-out-of-business/ Share on other sites
jfa.series1 Posted October 17, 2012 Share #2 Posted October 17, 2012 Which Z Barn? I recall seeing on another site that one in the NE(?) was shutting down. It looks like the one in TN is still in business.http://www.zbarn.com/index.html Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/44697-the-z-barn-out-of-business/#findComment-404509 Share on other sites

9teen7t240z Posted October 17, 2012 Author Share #4 Posted October 17, 2012 Wasn't aware that there was more than one Z Barn. Anyway, it is the one on the link that you sent, Jim. (Marysville, TN). While their site is still up, the phone message said that they have closed the business and were accepting offers on their entire inventory. Hmmmmm.....wonder if I can fit 400 z's in my garage????Mike Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/44697-the-z-barn-out-of-business/#findComment-404528 Share on other sites

sblake01 Posted October 17, 2012 Share #6 Posted October 17, 2012 It that the place that Roger ran? I beileve that's actually Mayrville rather than Marysville. Really sad to hear. He helped me quite a bit with parts for the 810 coupe I had. Some of the parts unique to that vehicle are more difficult to find than Z parts. Travel'n Man Posted October 29, 2012 Share #7 Posted October 29, 2012 Rogers wife was killed in a car crash last year. He sold a lot of parts to a lot of people all over the world. He has a few different business interests. The last time I was at his home he had but all the Z items in trailers and built a shelving unit so he could find most every item in it's own bin, he had 2 or 3 trailers in his backyard nicely organized. His knowledge and good will helped a lot of Z owners such as myself with our restorations and refreshes. He is missed in our Z community.
