Window weather seals for chromework

Recommended Posts

I've managed to source all the replacement rubber seals I need apart from one, the seals that sit inside the chrome work at the top of the doors and the small rear windows. I don't believe I'll find anything the same but I'm hoping someone can help with an alternative as mine are all cracked and perished.

So far I've tried -

Bill Thompson Auto Rubber

Scotts Old Rubber

A rubber place in Tullamarine

Rubber-Soul in Japan

E-mailed Datsport yesterday and they are checking with a rubber guy, I will go to Clarke Rubber today.

I've no doubt other people have struck this issue and worked around it. Does anyone have any ideas? :)

If the Z stuff is the same, this option might work. It's light-weight so shipping shouldn't be too bad. Bottom of the page. They take phone calls and credit card numbers. Seattle, WA.
