Modified 240z to face 370z in Project 370z Challenge

Gordon McSwain, a member of our local z car club, ZROC, has a modified 240z that has been chosen to face off against the Motor Trend/Nissan Performance Project 370Z in their 370z Challenge. We are all very proud of him and wish him the best this weekend.

That is a beautiful Z for sure, but I think he is going to be outgunned. I also would have loved to see a Rebello 3.1 L6 motor in there instead of the RB engine. I know he would have given up some HP, but the sound and feel of the L6 may have won him some votes.

It seems like the setup will be key, there's a 40 year gap in engineering even with an RB and some goodies thrown in to level the playing field. Keep updating this, I can't wait to see how it plays out.
