Yamahacam Posted May 5, 2013 Author Share #27 Posted May 5, 2013 My wife said just strip it and find another shell. Great but easier said than done I think. JMT240KGTR Posted May 6, 2013 Share #30 Posted May 6, 2013 Pretty nasty stuff... hmm, strip it, start work on it, fabricate some bits that need replacing. In the meantime you may come across a better shell, if not, at least you'd have made a start on this one. Lot's of work though...good luck. uras1 Posted May 6, 2013 Share #32 Posted May 6, 2013 strip it and give it a blast with a degreaser and a hose, will reveal the worst areas and sort out good parts and not so good parts and go from there Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/46180-how-stuffed-is-too-stuffed/?page=3#findComment-422599 Share on other sites
Yamahacam Posted May 6, 2013 Author Share #33 Posted May 6, 2013 Sounds like a plan, strip clean and stack parts so I can get a better look at bare shell. Hopefully a minter will turn up like that blue one jmkgtr found.
