73 240z for sale on Zcar.com

Hope I am not out of line but yesterday I while picking up some parts I saw this gentleman's 1973 240z he has for sale and is posted in ZCar.com. It is currently in a rolling chassis state but is in great shape. From what he told me The car is in Lindehurst IL. If I didn't already have two Z's to be working on I would buy this.
