On an attempt to find some random parts, I hit up some local salvage yards in hopes of finding some Z's. After not finding anything at any of the big yards, I went out to this random place in the middle of nowhere.

Now all the cars here are just scattered throughout the woods. I walked around for an hour or so and found these three, but the guy there said he knows there should be afew more. Even though I thought I was going to be murdered somewhere in the woods, I think I'm going to go back with a real camera for a shoot. Lots of really cool old cars rotting away in those woods.

That's amazing. I've been at just about the same type place (240s are gone) the past few weeks. It's been there forever, the owner died and now his kids want to sell the 75 acres of land to the county for a waste station. They have 280Zs and a couple of ZXs, all the good stuff is long gone. It's funny to see a 280 sitting on top of a van!

I just picked up a 1983zx with 21000 mi that was laid to rest in a garage since 1986. Front end damage.

This car is clean like new. No hood,No driver fender, no radiator support.

Still a little skin on the windshield.

I have been putting JY VINs in the z car online registry at

Z Car Registry - Online Spreadsheets - EditGrid

I hope Carl sees them there or maybe he started that registry I don't know the history behind it.
