It certainly was a different time. I think I still have some of those bell bottoms in my closet, next to the Nehru jacket, just waiting for the style to come back.

They where probably experimenting with more than just LSD. Some sort of wierd Ned Kelly Datsun come Landrover ad.

Some poor bloke has probably bought that Z and is now wondering why he can't get more than 15000 miles out of a set of tyres and he for the life of him just can't get those dam doors to shut right....

That's called a film short; similar to what you would see if you attended any of a number of short film festivals around the world. It's not a Datsun commercial. It's an 'art' film. The short was sponsored by Datsun (probably Datsun Australia?) similarly to Nissan sponsored films like Warren Miller's extreme sports videos. Datsun vehicles were used; seemingly featured in the story line.

What I saw was questionable, but it makes me realize one very important thing.

I really want some driving lights on the front of my Z.
