yakhopper Posted January 6, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 6, 2015 I probably should have posted this in the classified, but was wondering if anybody has an extra set of tail ight gaskets they might want to unload. I accidentally purchased extra seals for the hatch glass and windshield so if anyone is intrested, I will be willing to trade, or just pass what I have on to help another project out ( minus shipping cost ). Thanks for looking, if you are intrested, send PM Eric / Yakhopper Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/50737-need-tail-light-gaskets/ Share on other sites
siteunseen Posted January 7, 2015 Share #2 Posted January 7, 2015 Part number from my Nissan dealer I bought on December 23rd, 26552-E4100 is the right side I think, even numbers are RH if I remember right. Left side is 26557-E4100. I got a good deal, $69 tax and all, but they're next door to my job and I know the parts guys pretty darn well. They like when you know the part number on the older cars they use microfiche for. yakhopper Posted January 7, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted January 7, 2015 Thanks for the part #s siteunseen, looks like I also ordered extra quarter window seals, so if anybody is in need of these, ill also pass those along for the cost of shipping. Always good karma to help a brother (or sister) out, so pm me if anyone realy needs these seals ;0) Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/50737-need-tail-light-gaskets/#findComment-461401 Share on other sites
yakhopper Posted January 7, 2015 Author Share #4 Posted January 7, 2015 I've had a few inquire about these seals that are avail, so i thought i would clear the air on this.I purchased some of these seals over the past couple years while working on my 71 240. after purchasing many seals, i decided to get a master kit (now i have some extras that i don't need). All these seals were purchased from ZCarsource.com and are still in package.I know it might be profitable to list in classifieds, but i would prefer to pay it forward.I have been taken advantage of befor when I have offered other items else where, so I am asking that whoever wants these simply cover the cost to ship and also post a picture here of their project to show it is needed. Please don't ask for these if you are only looking to resell these for profit. Thanks for all the info i have gathered over the years here at Classic Z Cars, Eric / Yakhopper Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/50737-need-tail-light-gaskets/#findComment-461440 Share on other sites
Mark Maras Posted January 8, 2015 Share #5 Posted January 8, 2015 Has anyone tried Versimold for tail-light gaskets or bumper covers? It looks like it would be a great alternative for the rubber parts that can "nickel & dime" your budget.Mark Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/50737-need-tail-light-gaskets/#findComment-461499 Share on other sites
