Zed Head Posted April 5, 2015 Share #1 Posted April 5, 2015 (edited) Catches the eye. The passenger is doomed in a rollover. Underneath it's just an old Z car. http://corvallis.craigslist.org/cto/4914105298.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opel_GT Edited April 5, 2015 by Zed Head Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/51246-zopel-modified-convertible-280z-from-the-80s/ Share on other sites
hr369 Posted April 5, 2015 Share #2 Posted April 5, 2015 (edited) That was a poor mans corvette before they jacked up the price to a real corvette price. One man roll cage give driver lots of leverage to make passenger behave. There is another one on ebay now right that looks better than this one with no roll cage at all. I think the price is 8k. hr369 Posted April 6, 2015 Share #4 Posted April 6, 2015 yea thats the one. It's on ebay too. better looking than the vette inspired one and cheaper.Neither talks about chassis reinforcement to compensate for no roof. Death trap?
