Original 240s question/help

Thanks for any replies first of all.

 

Is the crank nose pulley originally the block color, blue/green?

Is the TDC pointer yellow cadmium?  If so any recomendations on a paint color alternative?  Maybe a brass or gold hobby paint?

I believe the answers are yes and yes. You could try painting the pointer silver and then mist some gold over it and then top it with clear.

yes and yes, on the first L24 I did I painted them both black and highlighted the pulley notch with whiteout, easy to time even in full sun.
