Light film of black RTV?

Make gaskets out of gasket material?

Bolt it on bare?

I'll use loctite on the bolts.

I made gaskets since that is what Datsun did when new.

Gaskets here too. (Cereal box) Use a paper punch for the holes. Either should work as long as it is sealed.

A paper punch?  That's a good idea.

 

Both holes the same size punched into squares of gasket paper that match the size of the spray bar, about 1"x1".
