Battery/Alternator Problem?

Hey guys was wondering if u guys can help me I recently upgraded my 73 240z to power locks, alarm and added a cd player. When I drove it was fine , the next day I started it and it was fine but after two days battery died on me. I jump the car and the car started but after 5m of running it died again. The battery is pretty old the alternator is 60 amp two years old is it the battery or alternator ? Any input is appreciated thanks

Do you have a volt meter so you can do some testing? If not, charge it up with a good battery charger. Get it started and take it to Advance Auto or Oreilly's and have them check it to see if it's charging...

i will check both alternator and battery when i get home

most parts stores can do a battery load test also
