Can't upload pics

Can't upload pics

I can select them and it works at it, then I get an error box

"There was a problem processing the uploaded file. -200"

Had this last week too. I am going to reboot and reload but I don't think that will fix it...

Hmm, this looks to be limited to certain configurations. @siteunseen, what kind of phone did you use and what's the browser?

A cheap a** Samsung Galaxy Core maybe? I honestly don't remember but it was first smartphone, $30 on cyber Monday. It has the quad core Android kit kat something or the other, some stupid name like jellybean or reeses cup, it also has Chrome but the default browser is a lot easier for me to use. 3G even! It's a real POS but not being too socially connected it serves me just fine. I'm using it now and when I "click to choose file" it goes straight to the built in camera. Waaaay easier than using my Sony digital camera through my HP laptop.

Ok, thanks. Looks like the issue is limited to phone operating systems (iOS and Android). I've got a report into tech support to see if we can solve the problem this week. I'm not sure why it's only limited to phones, though so it's a tough issue to crack. I'll keep you guys updated..
