Most other chat rooms I've used beginning with the original IRC stuff  have had some basic command you can enter so you can ring a bell, clear the chat box, format text, etc.  Does the CZC chat system have anything, like /help for help?  Or are you limited to just typing a message?

I think it's more like a simple chat program without extra features that you see on IRC.  Simplicity at it's finest.

IIRC, there were problems with users trying the commands incorrectly, and the chat stuff that was on the same server as the forum got to be a PITA to restart, so the developer took all the stuff out.  I tried to copy & paste a conversation to an MS Word document.  It didn't come out like you see it on the chat window, but  I think you could probably do a few things (like converting text-to-table or pasting to a web-view document) to  have it come out better.
