New Inline 3.0 6-cylinder engine, 408 HP

We've always known how smooth a inline 6 is and Mercedes Benz is going back to the future with this announcement.  Given the relationship Renault/Nissan has with MB for the smaller 4-cylinder engines, might we hope to see one of these new monsters in a Nissan product?  We can always dream of what might be!

Have you seen the pick-up they're wanting to sale?  Nicest one I've ever seen!

Maybe they'll build it in Northport, AL and coach Saban can sale it at his Birmingham dealership.  Country folks driving an MB and tailgating with it.  That'd be great having all these Alabama fans switching from F-150s because HCS drives one.

I would not mind, if it got better fuel mileage, and bolts to the Jatco transmission and my steering pump. , not that I need "horsepower"     My L28 is almost 3,000 cc anyway, after the cylinder walls were "cleaned up" when the engine was out.
