Hi all, today I was able to implement a web-caching technology called "memcached" for our server.  It should speed up the website and provide users with a better experience.  Please let me know if you run into any issues since this was done.

Not really relevant to the topic, I assume, but I was on a parental controlled computer at a relatives recently and classiczcars.com was blocked and needed special permission.  The computer was on its default setting, nobody there even knew what CZCC was, they didn't pick it.  It was an Apple computer.

Also, this image is the first thing you see when you get on to the site.  Logged in or not.  I know it's old news, but the "internet" thinks czcc is a porn site.

Edit 1 -  a though: maybe make a separate "Boobs" web site and have a link to it with a cookie that carries the log-in data.  Google adsense will see a clean CZCC site, but users will still have easy access to their boobs when logged in.

I removed the boob flash image on the default page. Thanks for the suggestion. I don't understand what you mean by website jumping around though. Can you post a screen capture of the problem?

It's just ads loading.  Content and clickable buttons get loaded first then Adsense or whatever decides to squeeze an ad in to the middle of a post or at the top of the page, and all of the good content shifts downward.  Just ads.

Well, I had to turn off server caching (memcached) today.  For some reason this caching method was causing some other core problems so this has been disabled to prevent the problems from happening.  Ah, such is life in the server world.
