I'm probably the youngest one on this to be restoring a Z at 20yrs old. It has been my dream to own one. Nonetheless i am humbled to be around people who know so much. I will continue with updates on her restoration but i will also ask for help for i don't know everything. Thanks [emoji1591]IMG_2174.JPGIMG_2258.JPGIMG_2259.JPG

You're a Space Cowboy, huh? I wasn't ready for that.

Welcome aboard.  :)

You know your carb is on the wrong side of the engine, don't you?

And I'm the Gangster of Love! LOL

Yes, welcome to the club.  Good to hear a young man with an eye for a classic car.

Congrats and welcome, looks like a solid car, the Z is a very rewarding car to work on you'll enjoy it. When I saw that red dirt on the engine I had to go back and see where you live, I thought that looked like Texas dirt.

Welcome, Space Cowboy! Your 260Z looks to be solid and also good to see that it's an early 260z with the smaller bumpers.

Thanks, I'm really excited to see the end product. I already know "your first Z" is something you never forget

Another welcome!  If the body is good, you get to start right in with the good stuff like the engine.  But don't forget the brakes.  It's more important to stop than it is to go.

Very true. Unfortunately the resevoirs are cracked and need to be replaced
