mgood Posted April 13, 2017 Share #1 Posted April 13, 2017 Hi all, I would like to get conformation on some dates and designation for the Z. I am looking at the US market only. And skipping the 260 designation if different. S30 - from 1970 to 1978 and this badge. S130 - from 1979 to 1983 and this badge. Z31 - from 1983 to 1989 and this badge. Z32 - from 1990 to 2000 and this badge. Z33 - from 2002 to 2009 and this badge. Z34 - from 2009 to now and this badge. This is the information I have gleaned off of the internet, would like to have some conformation on the dates and the badges for each. Thanks in advanced, Michael Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/57494-need-dates-and-badge-identification/ Share on other sites
26th-Z Posted April 13, 2017 Share #2 Posted April 13, 2017 Your Z32 graphic is stretched as the 'Z' is in a circle, not an oval. The 'Z' is always inscribed to a circle. Always. wheee! Posted April 13, 2017 Share #3 Posted April 13, 2017 The last one, Z34, was from 2009 to present 370Z's. Do not include the 2009 350Z roadster stop gap model as it was badged as a Z33.. Also recommended: Close one eye and stand on one leg whilst rubbing your head clockwise and your belly anticlockwise. I tried squinting at your S30 and S130 'Z' images, but still don't recognise them. wheee! Posted April 14, 2017 Share #9 Posted April 14, 2017 The roadster was only available in 2009 as a Z33. 2010 was the first year of the 370Z (Z34) Roadster.
