dutchzcarguy Posted June 11, 2023 Author Share #170 Posted June 11, 2023 It's a year ago that this topic was on the "today's listing" and i haven't worked on the car for over a year.. It's still on the lift in the garage.. When the heating stopped working in the garage and i got to ill to work on it.. it came to a halt.. So.. in the coming month i get some heat pumps installed in the house AND in the garage! (Normally i would install these myself. but no energy..) Also the carport is worked on and it will get much bigger, from 6 to almost 12 meters long! (I try to get it finished in august i hope.. normally a days work for 2 people.. 😞 ) As for the 280zx, i'm only looking for a nice trunk cover in blue.. Here a pic of my (sold long ago) red/black inside 280zx 1983. trunk cover.. It's so damn frustrating to be a handy man with no energy.. Or like the energy of a 100 year old... I hope there comes a day that doctors find out what the hell is wrong with me. 😒 4 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/57761-280zx-1979-22-slick-roof-restauration/?page=15#findComment-654220 Share on other sites

Popular Post dutchzcarguy Posted October 21, 2023 Author Popular Post Share #172 Posted October 21, 2023 Hi Guys, some news.. I installed in a few month's my extension on the carport and also installed my heatpump for the house and partial the heatpump for the garage! Did it all myself with a lot of patience but i'm happy to let you see this next picture! A giant carport of 4x 11,5 mtrs or 13 x 37,7 feet! Almost 500 square feet! 👍 I've got now place for 4 cars.... wait a minute? I only have 3? I can buy myself another one!! 🤣 I need to put in some lighting in the new part but no hurry. First i have to install the garage heatpump.. that's half a days work i would say... but when? i don't know.. before this winter i hope. When that's done i can concentrate on the 280zx again as the engineroom is still a mess.. oh well we get there, some day.. 🤠 5 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/57761-280zx-1979-22-slick-roof-restauration/?page=15#findComment-658360 Share on other sites
dutchzcarguy Posted September 4, 2024 Author Share #173 Posted September 4, 2024 After 18 (!) summer seasons from 2007 til 2024 I got my eyes on a beautiful black 370z but first i have to sell this beauty.. Nope.. still not worked on my 280zx.. i hope to install my heaterpump airco thingy this or next month.. it would help a lot in the heatingcosts as it's now electric heaters in the garage.. My 300zxtt has almost 90000 registered km and is in top condition .. No hurry.. (as always 😁) EVERY winter it was suspended and stored in a heated garage, so perfect body. Every winter suspension in a long listing at www.rdw.nl from his fifth year as it was a dealercar and stood in the showroom for the first 5 years.. it's price was then a shocking (Hfl) 173.300 guilders in 1992.. pfff... Just a nice picture to see the dimensions of the carport..
