w3wilkes Posted February 23, 2019 Share #529 Posted February 23, 2019 I really like what you did with the graphics! Subtle, not too flashy, nice touch. 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58542-home-built-z-full-video-build/?page=45#findComment-569165 Share on other sites
w3wilkes Posted February 23, 2019 Share #530 Posted February 23, 2019 (edited) I like that steering wheel. All the 240Z wheels I've seen before have different spokes than what you have. The series 1 cars don't have the holes punched out, they're just indented where the holes on this wheel are. I thought mine was the original, but one of my viewers identified it as a 240K wheel. Either way, I like it so it can stay. 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58542-home-built-z-full-video-build/?page=45#findComment-569192 Share on other sites

240260280 Posted February 27, 2019 Share #533 Posted February 27, 2019 STOP!!! That long straight pipe will DRONE like hell. You will need a glass pack in the middle to break up the resonance. wheee! Posted February 27, 2019 Share #534 Posted February 27, 2019 Yup. You need a resonator in there or it will be unbearable. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58542-home-built-z-full-video-build/?page=45#findComment-569573 Share on other sites
Home Built by Jeff Posted February 28, 2019 Author Share #535 Posted February 28, 2019 Thanks for the tip. Patcon Posted March 7, 2019 Share #540 Posted March 7, 2019 You will need a spindle pin puller!! When you do the rear wheel bearings it makes removing the lower control arms possible. 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58542-home-built-z-full-video-build/?page=45#findComment-570223 Share on other sites
