w3wilkes Posted September 21, 2017 Share #1 Posted September 21, 2017 (edited) Does anybody know off the top of their head if the connector on a 240Z for the electric fuel pump jumper is an MP2TN connector found at http://vintageconnections.com/ShoppingCart.htm If it is I can avoid cutting it off and installing my own connector. EDIT: Probably should have put this in Electrical Edited September 21, 2017 by w3wilkes Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58577-electric-fuel-pump-jumper/ Share on other sites
zKars Posted September 21, 2017 Share #2 Posted September 21, 2017 (edited) The stock fuel pump harness at the pump by the tank is a pair of M/F 4mm bullet terminals, like SB1 and SS1. Under dash the empty connector is a 2 pin 1/4 spade MPT2 female as you guessed. Yes you can build you're own jumper or put a relay in there Edited September 21, 2017 by zKars Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58577-electric-fuel-pump-jumper/#findComment-530723 Share on other sites
w3wilkes Posted September 21, 2017 Author Share #3 Posted September 21, 2017 Thanks, I think I'll put an inertia switch on the MP2T jumper. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58577-electric-fuel-pump-jumper/#findComment-530728 Share on other sites
