NVZEE2 Posted November 4, 2017 Share #1 Posted November 4, 2017 Participants in the project are as unlikely as the subject matter, but it all seems to come together very well! http://www.speedhunters.com/2017/11/gas-monkey-garage-goes-jdm/ 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58887-22-gets-some-sema-love/ Share on other sites
Mike Posted November 4, 2017 Share #2 Posted November 4, 2017 Wow that looks pretty damn nice! I'm glad to see a classic Datsun at the SEMA show, wow!!! Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58887-22-gets-some-sema-love/#findComment-534130 Share on other sites
northernz Posted November 4, 2017 Share #3 Posted November 4, 2017 Nice! That is the first 2+2 that I can say I really like. Would have been better off to go with an RB 25 or 26 In my opinion, a Zed has to have a straight six! Look forward to watching that episode of Gas Monkey! rcb280z Posted November 19, 2017 Share #8 Posted November 19, 2017 3 hours ago, Patcon said: its a four banger.. Yeah that's unfortunate. Would have been better to keep the L6 and build it. 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58887-22-gets-some-sema-love/#findComment-535311 Share on other sites

Zed Head Posted September 18, 2018 Share #10 Posted September 18, 2018 From what I remember the car never sold. It was on eBay but they ended the sale. I think they thought it was worth $80,000. Then it was on the Gas Monkey site as For Sale but nothing happened if you clicked. Maybe they burned it for the show. Dave WM Posted September 18, 2018 Share #12 Posted September 18, 2018 oh well a survivor gets the treatment, then goes up in flames. Wonder if it was insured for 80k? 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/58887-22-gets-some-sema-love/#findComment-557772 Share on other sites
