If that Yorx A/C isn't operable yank that POS out.  I had the same set-up and just replacing the fuel pump was a huge pain.  They're heavy and the pulley set-up is very cumbersome for setting the timing, swapping water pumps etc.  My opinion only.  I hate those things.

Just now seeing this thread.  Congrats on your new Z!  Based on what I saw in the BAT auction it was well bought.  Glad you made it home with little drama are off to the races with making it the way you want.  If you are ever in the Austin area post a shout on the Capital Z of Texas club FB page.  Are you planning to attend ZCON in Atlanta in October?

Thanks, About what I expected.  It's beginning to get interesting.  Just got two boxes of front suspension parts from MSA today, looks like major surgery this weekend.  Then the rear plus new struts.  Also have got a bid box of sound deadening material that's next up on the to-do list.

Just now finding local groups to join.  I've seen the Austin group, can't seem to find a Houston group.  Is there one?

BDJeff, when you get out from under your Z, consider registering it with the Datsun registry. Here is their link. Hopefully everyone that doesn’t know about this site will look into it. Welcome to the club.
