Kind of odd.  Is he calling it a "Fairlady" because of the mirrors?  1978 can't be "matching numbers" because Nissan stopped putting the engine serial number on the tag.  1978 with a 4 speed is unusual.  He forgot to write about the rear discs.

Here's the real reason.   It's a consignment car.

It's a nice car and took a good bit of money to make look like that. The problem is you almost never get that money back out when yous sell. The low mileage and low rust would help it, if it wasn't heavily modified but probably doesn't do that much for a restomod car. I do like those seats though. Did some googling but couldn't even really locate a set or old ad for a set...

Great seats for a sports car. No side bolstering whatsoever!

In the picture of the passenger open door, what are the holes in the door frame left bottom in this picture?  Just behind the door sill

I  believe there's supposed to be a little rubber bumper there. Would have to look to confirm.

Yes, but the smell of rich Corinthian leather.  Yeah he's just fishing, hoping to catch a Saudi prince with deep pockets. But I would take it for a spin, lots of hard work in that car.
