Death by Gallery Image

The Gallery Image dumps just kill the site action.  "Topics Last 24 Hours" to be specific.  Every topic is an image.

I sifted through three pages to get all the new thread post so I could mark the site as "read". Is there a way to sort the pictures or threads to the top?

I have my CZC bookmark set to this: https://www.classiczcars.com/discover/unread/?&stream_classes[IPS\forums\Topic]=1

Topics only, no pictures, no calendar events, etc.
