(It was empty and dry.) Worked great for a year or so until I tore it down. Carbs and all, no spider webs or anything like that. You gotta pretty much no holes, and really low initial humidity. Though I may be totally wrong, it just sounds really dodgy lol. Ive used POR15 tank sealer on my motorcycle tank, very happy with the results.
