moozieman Posted January 23, 2019 Author Share #15 Posted January 23, 2019 I'm pretty dissappointed. Just recently, someone offered to sell me a 240 in decent condition with minimal rust for $815. I then came to find out that he lost the title. ? KenFirch Posted January 23, 2019 Share #16 Posted January 23, 2019 Not $2000, but might be worth paying a bit more for less rust. https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/d/la-crescenta-1971-datsun-240z-classic/6801109962.html Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/61456-looking-for-240-260-or-280zs-in-the-500-2000-range/?page=2#findComment-566469 Share on other sites

Got a bill of sale and get the car - especially if it’s decent. I got a 1970 that way. I don’t care if I don’t have the original title - ITS MINE ! Your going to have to make concessions to get an early one. I guess I won’t offer my 71 with no title and needing bodywork . 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/61456-looking-for-240-260-or-280zs-in-the-500-2000-range/?page=2#findComment-566479 Share on other sites
