That way, more people can see this beauty versus having the car sit in some collector's garage. 2 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/64712-355-mile-1976-datsun-280z-up-for-auction-on-bat/#findComment-610220 Share on other sites

Good luck to your buddy - I think that his 280Z will do very well with the auction. 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/64712-355-mile-1976-datsun-280z-up-for-auction-on-bat/#findComment-610229 Share on other sites

Zed Head Posted November 19, 2020 Share #7 Posted November 19, 2020 It's at $126,000. I'm going to bet on Reserve Not Met. This is a cautious time of year and time of civilization for people and their money. Just doesn't feel like people are going to take that big chance. siteunseen Posted November 19, 2020 Share #8 Posted November 19, 2020 $140,000 seems about right to me, fair price for the seller and buyer. Congratulations @brunodoggy 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/64712-355-mile-1976-datsun-280z-up-for-auction-on-bat/#findComment-610703 Share on other sites

Congratulations @brunodoggy I agree, the price seems just about right for both parties. I was glad to see that the reserve was set a reasonable amount for this beautiful 280Z. It will be interesting to see what the auction winner does with the car - does he drive the car every once in a while or will this car be a trailer queen that is just towed to car shows? It will also be interesting to see what becomes of one of the lowest mileage classic sports cars in the world. siteunseen Posted November 20, 2020 Share #12 Posted November 20, 2020 I agree 100%. I just hope we can stay somewhat informed on this remarkable car. I don't know if Nissan has an American museum but this one deserves a spot for sure. 1 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/64712-355-mile-1976-datsun-280z-up-for-auction-on-bat/#findComment-610730 Share on other sites
