Click on "User CP' which is directly under the Home link at the top of the page.

Click on "Edit Options" which will be on the middle of the page.

Scroll down to the bottom. The last section contains a grey button and is called "Change Avatar" Click on it.

You can now either select one of the default avatars. Do this by pressing the radio button (little circle next to each pic). You can use one that is hosted elsewhere by entering the web address down the bottom. Or you can click on the browse button all the way down the bottom and upload one straight from your computer.

Size is a maximum of 150 X 150 pixels or 500000 bytes (whichever is smaller as stated at the bottom of the last page)
