240 Kick Panel Rivet

I'm replacing the kick panel on the driver's side of my 1970 240Z, and I need to replace the rivet that holds it in. I've seen one online for $19 but that seems pretty steep for one plastic rivet. Has anyone found a better source or another part that will work for this application?
