New Accounts and Member Protection

Hi guys,

Due to the influx of bogus accounts created at our club, I will be looking at implementing a sign up fee to our 'Free Ride' subscription.  The fee will only be applied when someone joins the club for the first time.  The remainder of their lifetime membership will remain free.  I'm doing this to help protect our members from fraud and spam.  The idea is someone who has the intent to spam our site, or scam our users in the classifieds, won't want to pay this fee (or go through the process).
