Has anyone here done business with Sanchez Juan David of Facebook group-"Datsun parts and Accessories"? I was going to buy something but wanted to verify first. Went through the site (he is an administrator) and lots of stuff for sale but no verification of any sales or feedback.

I have not, but was a member of that group for a while. Looked like a scam to me. Nice looking parts for too good to be true prices. The admins are the only people that post on the group too. They also have several posts from people claiming how good of an experience it was to buy from the admins, but all those posts look strangly similar. I wouldn't risk my money on it.

I had the same thoughts. When I inquired about something he was really pushy trying to get me to send in the money. I asked some questions and got vague generic answers.

Datsun Parts and Accessories sounds like Datsun Parts LLC.

Are they based in California?  Post some screenshots for people who don't do Facebook.  Can't see nothin' unless you join the private group.  What's the point of Private if you're trying to sell parts?  Makes no sense.  Sketchy.

I think he said he's in FL but he asked me where I was first.

here is one of his posts

If I was a Facebook person I would just ask directly on the group thread if any of the members are scammers.  If your question gets removed that's a clue.

Or send them over here to this thread.  If the point of the group is to sell parts they should welcome an invitation.  Anybody selling parts on the internet knows that scams are a concern.  They shouldn't be offended.

Successful scammers often make some good small sales to set people up for the big money-makers.  Build the reputation then use it.
