i have heard that you can take a desil cam and run it in the l28et and have it stroked, but im not sure..... and if your gonna take a l28et and run a intercooler, get ready for some big bucks to be spent, last one i saw that was any good was 2800.00 usd. and i would think that if your gonna spend that on the intercooler, might as well get a new turbo thats a lil better than stock.

I think you meant to say a diesel crank...not a 'desil cam'. In addition, I think you can get an intercooler setup for much less that $2800.00.
