Seller states :I believe this clock was equipped only for 240ZG or Z432

Anybody seen this before?

I think this is a "Rally" clock. I've never seen one but they have been discussed here in the past.

yeah pretty sure it's a rally clock or a fairlady Z clock the fact the seller mentions it comes in a ZG and 432's was what confirmed this to me.

Yup. It looks like that.

That's the one in our FairladyZ. One knob make the "elapsed time wheel" rotate, and the other one resets the second sweep hand when pressed.

When pulled it is used to set the clock hands. Pretty kool. Ours runs slow and sucks a heck of a lot of juice. It will run the battery dead in a couple of weeks of sitting.

Here is a pic of my rally clock. It is from a 74 and later first gen. Fairlady Z. As you can see, it is a little different than the one that was on ebay. Mine is called a calender clock. There is no stopwatch function, or the need for a oscillating box, but it has the date, thus the "calender clock." I love the rally clocks myself, I don't know why all Z's didn't get them. I think the Japanese wanted to be special. :classic:
